Q. How do you determine if my timeshare qualifies for your service?

A. In order to be eligible for Vale Professionals services, your timeshare must be paid in full, maintenance fees and assessments must be paid current and the resort where your timeshare is located must appear on our list of accepted resorts.

Q. At what point in time am I no longer obligated to pay my maintenance fees and taxes?

A. Immediately at the time you enter into an agreement with Vale Professionals. You do not have to wait for the closing process and title transfer to be finalized, Vale Professionals will pay any upcoming fees you have (per your agreement with Vale Professionals.)

Q. Are my children subjected to inheriting my timeshare?

A. They most likely will inherit your timeshare and all associated costs unless you legally transfer the timeshare to someone else.

Q. Why is it becoming more and more difficult to book a vacation through my resort or an exchange service company such as RCI?

A. The properties that were once used to book weeks for owners are now used mostly for renters. The resorts also use this inventory as an inexpensive way to entice new prospective timeshare buyers to their resort. The inventory owners would trade to has been greatly reduced because the timeshare resorts are no longer exclusive to owners.

Q. When are you going to be in my area so I can meet with one of your representatives?

Q. I have weeks that I have space banked through an exchange service and I also have an existing reservation. Will transfer of timeshare title affect this?

A. No. Transfer of title will not effect existing or pending reservations, we often help people who have existing reservations. Vale Professionals carefully communicates with the Closing Company to ensure a smooth transfer.

Q. Previously, I paid a company over $1000 to sell my timeshare and was very dissatisfied due to absolutely no results.

A. Vale Professionals is not a listing or resale company. We do not charge a "Listing Fee", "Advertising Fee" or "Appraisal Fee" promising to transfer the property once a buyer is secured. Vale Professionals transfers the property through a third party, licensed, insured, and bonded title company.

Q. What does Vale Professionals do with the timeshares?

A. Vale Professionals is a service provider. If you do not enjoy or use your timeshare anymore and it has become a burden to you, our service legally gets you separated forever. Vale Professionals offers a solution to owners that want to get out of their timeshare contracts.

Q. Who do you use to transfer the timeshare out of my name?

A. An independent third party, licensed, insured, and bonded title company will handle the transfer of title out of your name.

Q. Who will be responsible for my future fees?

A. From the day you decide to use our service, Vale Professionals and or its assigns will be responsible to pay all future maintenance fees, special assessments, and property taxes related to ownership of the timeshare.

Q. Will my name be taken off of the deed?

A. Yes, ownership is legally transferred. Title is transferred via Deed, Membership, Lease, Assignment, according to and required by the resort's official governing documents (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions).
